Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior HR Generalist in Dublin City Centre with a hybrid work pattern (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH). The role partners with HRBPs and HR Operations to bring structure, legislative rigour, and best-practice HR governance across line management.

You will lead Employee Relations initiatives, implement probation and performance governance, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior stakeholders while delivering localised training and scalable HR processes in a

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee relations initiatives and coaching managers
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and ER management
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with HRBPs

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ER matters with governance and best practices
• Coach and guide line managers through sensitive ER cases and exits
• Partner with HRBPs across divisions to align on people initiatives
• Design and deliver manager training on HR policies and dispute resolution
• Support change and scale in a fast-growth environment
