Job summary

Fivetran in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline generation across Commercial and Enterprise segments. This full-time role offers a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office weekly, collaborating with Sales Directors to identify target accounts and generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, technical pain points, and initiatives.
