Fivetran, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate pipeline generation. The role blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration, including two days per week in the Dublin office.

You will identify target accounts and engage strategic stakeholders through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. Ideal candidates have 9+ months in tech sales, strong communication, and experience with outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.
• German-speaking is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership.
