The Public Sector Client in Dublin 09 requires a Customer Service Representative on a full-time contract (6 months). The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and starts immediately within the Sustainability & Built Environment division, handling customer service for certification schemes.

Responsibilities include managing queries, file setup, maintaining databases and webpages, supporting the quality management system, and coordinating meetings and travel for the Certification team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Proven organisational and time management skills.
• Understanding of Quality Management principles and their application.

Responsabilités

• Handle general queries relating to certification schemes.
• Set up files and allocate to approved auditors.
• Maintain databases used by the department.
• Maintain relevant webpages.
• Support the Quality Officer in maintaining the quality management system.
• Provide admin support for meetings, including travel arrangements.
• Schedule calendars for the Certification team.
• Ensure files (electronic and paper) are up to date and complete.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings and liaise with members.
• Billing clients and completing department financial reporting tasks.
• Maintain membership of relevant trade organisations/bodies.
• Prepare financial details for quarterly reports and senior management meetings.
