Job summary

Europa Worldwide Group in Dublin is seeking a Customer Service Operator to build and manage relationships with customers and run day-to-day operations for your portfolio, ensuring service levels and financial targets are met.

The role offers a 9:00–17:30 schedule, with hybrid work after probation (4 days onsite, 1 from home). A competitive salary of €35,020 per year plus a performance bonus and benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years commercial office experience.
• Experience in logistics is preferred.
• Ireland work authorisation required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all matters related to your assigned portfolio of customers.
• Communicate updates to customers by phone or email.
• Manage the customer service cycle from start to finish ensuring quotes and consignments are compliant with HMRC customs.
• Provide a variety of quotes to meet customer requirements in a changing scenario.
• Ensure commodity codes and invoices are correct and dispatched.
• Proactively engage with existing customers to generate income.
• Respond promptly to problems or concerns from customers.
