• 1–2 years experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in foodservice and/or nutrition is an advantage.
• Empathetic and articulate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support to tier 1, 2 & 3 clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
• Log technical issues and mobilize the development team as needed.
