Job summary

Uniting Holding in Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented enforcement administrator to join the Enforcement team on a temporary 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports payment recovery and reviews cases, coordinating with internal stakeholders and legal representatives.

This hybrid role is based in Dublin, with attendance in the office 2–3 days per week. You will help prepare enforcement documentation, assist with court case preparation, and contribute to process improvements while meeting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
• Experience documenting controls and designing processes.
• Experience working with a diverse project team.
• Knowledge of enforcement and debt recovery processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as an authorised officer to approve enforcement actions and documentation.
• Liaise with company solicitor on escalated cases and respond to queries.
• Review all customer cases to ensure evidence is ready for the legal team.
• Contribute to debt recovery strategies when evidence packs are contested.
• Prepare and review court cases.
• Review claim notices and liaise with stakeholders regarding compliance.
• Assist with development of process improvements related to enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with KPI’s associated with enforcement activities.
