Job summary

Collins McNicholas Group is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join a busy healthcare-focused support team on a 6-month contract. The role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues in collaboration with operations, logistics, finance and sales.

The position is based onsite in Citywest with working hours 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, offering a structured environment and opportunities to take on specialist tasks as experience grows.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or contact centre environments.
• Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer focus with attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online portals.
• Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
• Track orders and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Record, escalate and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Support internal teams by handling administrative and service tasks.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Contribute to process improvement and take on additional specialist tasks as experience grows.
