Job summary

Covalen in Dublin seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative on a permanent hybrid basis. The role covers pension payments information, payment methods and international payments, with a focus on accuracy and friendly customer support.

You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, in a fast-paced environment, using MS Office to handle inquiries and keep customer records up to date. Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in finance or payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
