Job summary

Louis Fitzgerald Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead our rooms revenue strategy. This hands-on role focuses on turning booking trends into actionable pricing, availability and distribution decisions across corporate, leisure and group business.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Reservations, Sales and Front Office to grow rooms revenue and contribute to the annual budget. Strong Excel and OPERA Cloud experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue management or a reservations/commercial role with pricing, forecasting and inventory responsibility.
• Proficient with Excel, hotel PMS, channel managers and OTA extranets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain numbers and actions clearly.
• Collaborative approach and confidence to decide as demand changes.
• OPERA Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Dublin hotel market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust room rates, availability and restrictions based on demand, pace, and competitor activity.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and track ADR and RevPAR.
• Manage inventory across direct and third-party channels, keeping rates accurate.
• Work with Sales and Reservations on group enquiries and allocations for high-demand dates.
• Lead regular revenue reviews and provide clear recommendations to management.
• Contribute to the annual rooms budget and grow direct bookings.
