Job summary

O’Callaghan Collection in Dublin is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive profitability across four Dublin hotels—The Alex, The Davenport, The Green and The Mont—and to work with a central Revenue team. You will influence pricing, inventory, distribution and market positioning to maximise revenue.

The role offers collaboration with revenue, reservations, sales, marketing and operations, with a focus on accuracy, performance and forward-looking strategy within a tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Proven hotel revenue management experience, ideally in a cluster or multi-property setup.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of forecasting, pricing, segmentation, displacement, inventory and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Implement the revenue and distribution strategy across the Dublin Collection.
• Analyse performance, demand and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Forecasts and provide meaningful commercial insight to support revenue and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and operations to align strategies.
• Support evolution of revenue systems and AI-enabled tools.
