Job summary

O’Callaghan Collection is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager for its Dublin hotels to lead revenue performance across The Alex, The Davenport, The Green and The Mont. You will translate strategy into pricing, inventory and market actions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise profitable revenue while maintaining each property’s identity.

Qualifications

• Proven revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Strong ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with forecasting and demand segmentation.
• Experience with hotel distribution platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of revenue performance across the Dublin Collection.
• Identify opportunities and risks and translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Coordinate pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution across hotels.
• Provide accurate forecasts and meaningful commercial insight for decisions.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and operations.
