Job summary

Connacht Hospitality Group in Galway seeks an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting and distribution across The Connacht Hotel and The Residence Hotel. You will drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while aligning with sales and marketing to maximise revenue.

The role requires at least five years in hospitality revenue management, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to optimise direct bookings and manage partner relationships with OTAs and tour operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in revenue management within hospitality.
• Proven track record of improving revenue and commercial performance.
• Strong expertise in pricing, yield management, forecasting and distribution strategy.
• Experience managing tour operator relationships and OTA partnerships.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability.
• Manage pricing, room inventory and availability across direct bookings, OTAs, tour operators and other distribution channels.
• Analyse booking pace, market trends, competitor activity and customer segments to identify opportunities and respond to demand.
• Produce accurate forecasts and clear performance reports to support budgeting, business planning and commercial decisions.
• Lead regular revenue meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Grow direct bookings and optimise the distribution mix to manage acquisition costs.
• Oversee the Reservations Department and develop the team to strengthen revenue awareness and booking conversion.
