Dalata Hotel Group plc in Ireland invites applications for a Reservations Manager. Lead reservation operations, shape guest experiences, and drive performance while developing your team in a supportive environment.

You will report to the Group General Manager, collaborate with Revenue and DOS, and ensure high service standards. Previous hotel reservations leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reservation Manager or Supervisor in a busy hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.
• Great team leader with ability to motivate reservations staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
• Constantly update the hotel's revenue system.
• Assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy and yield management.
• Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure efficient departmental running.
• Ensure guest requests are honoured.
