Job summary

nexos.ai in Ireland is seeking a senior sales leader to take full ownership of a new B2B sales team in a fast-moving AI/SaaS startup. You will elevate the motion, drive revenue growth, and scale the team beyond 10 as we expand into new markets.

You’ll coach sellers, forecast with precision, and feed market signals into GTM strategy and product roadmap while collaborating with the COO on revenue direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B sales with at least 3 years leading a team in a SaaS or AI company.
• Inherited and improved a sales motion, not built from scratch.
• Strong people leadership: develops sellers, not only manages them.
• AI-native: understands the space and engages both technical and business buyers.
• Has a network of relationships in target markets to accelerate expansion.
• Data-driven: runs the team on numbers, not gut feel.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the new sales team and improve its performance.
• Refine and scale the existing sales motion.
• Own revenue targets with precise forecasting and active pipeline visibility.
• Develop sellers through coaching and clear career paths.
• Leverage existing relationships to accelerate expansion into new geographies and verticals.
• Represent customer voice to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the COO on revenue strategy and GTM direction.
• Own hiring as we scale the team beyond 10.
