Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Leader in Ireland to build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives, drive new business growth, and own regional GTM strategy. You will engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate across Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Partners, and ensure targets are met through accurate forecasting and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Proven track record of new business sales to C-level executives.
Strong recruiting, coaching and management of a sales team.
Experience in quota setting and territory planning.
Ability to understand business drivers and IT landscape.

Responsibilities

Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive new business growth in the region.
Define the regional GTM strategy and align with Sales Operations.
Engage in territory planning, develop relationships and close opportunities.
Recruit, coach and mentor sales staff to drive excellence.
Manage forecast and pipeline with senior leadership.
Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer needs.
