Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a guest services professional in Ireland to manage reservations, provide accurate information on facilities and pricing, and upsell opportunities across our properties. You will interact with guests to ensure a high standard of service and a smooth experience from inquiry to checkout.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, independent work, and the ability to handle pressure in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential

Responsabilités

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.
