Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guest reservations, provide facility and pricing information, and upsell services across the group’s hotels. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding guest experiences in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.
