Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guests' reservations, ensure requests are met and provide detailed information on facilities and pricing across our properties.

You will upsell services within the group, set clear expectations before stays, and deliver excellent customer service. The role supports development through the Dalata Academy, with loyal staff benefits and opportunities for progression in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.
