Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a guest-focused reservations professional to manage bookings and communicate hotel facilities and pricing. You will upsell services across the Dalata portfolio while ensuring guests’ expectations are clearly set before arrival.

Strong customer service and independent work style are essential, with excellent communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service demonstrated in hospitality.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Strong communication and composure under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring needs are met to the highest standard.
• Provide details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Set expectations in advance of the guest’s stay.
