Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and manage bookings across our portfolio of hotels. You will provide information on facilities and pricing, while identifying opportunities to upsell services within the group.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive guest communication, and the ability to operate smoothly in a busy hotel environment with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Opera cloud experience would be an advantage.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/ 4-star hotel is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.
