Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, seeks an Account Executive in Dublin to lead Mediterranean SMB sales and drive adoption of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, balance new business with expansion, and engage C-level decision-makers through consultative, data-driven approaches. Relocation support and hybrid work are provided.

Formación

• Proven track record in quota-bearing software sales.
• Ability to plan and execute territory/account strategies.
• Skilled in uncovering business challenges and value hypotheses.
• Strong consultative selling with a focus on AI and CRM solutions.
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Mediterranean market from lead to close.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Use consultative selling to map Salesforce AI and Data solutions to needs.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the funnel.
• Coordinate with the account team to support deals and success.
