Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Eastern European SMB market, based in Dublin with hybrid work arrangements and relocation support. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce AI solutions to new and existing customers in the region.

Required qualifications include quota-bearing technology sales experience, strong English and Hungarian language skills, and a consultative, solution-based selling approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent Hungarian and English required.
• Proven track record in quota-bearing, technology solution-based direct sales.
• Experience selling to mid-market or SMB segments in a multi-cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Eastern European SMB accounts.
• Sell Salesforce Customer 360 and AI solutions with a consultative approach.
• Develop territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives and drive expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the funnel.
