Job summary

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, seeks an Account Executive for the Italian SMB market based in Dublin. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, balancing new business with expansion in existing accounts.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, run complex deals, and collaborate across BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Italian market funnel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of quota carrying, tech or solution based direct sales.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to reach sales objectives.
• Ability to uncover customer processes, challenges, and goals from use cases.
• Demonstrates compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Italian market from lead generation to closing.
• Drive growth with a focus on new business and account expansion.
• Use consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
• Build trusted C-level relationships through digital and in-person engagements.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Italian funnel.
