FRS Recruitment partners with an established international software business to appoint a Commercial Leader who will drive growth across EMEA and North America. You will shape the commercial strategy, support a small international sales team and accelerate revenue expansion.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, offering significant influence in a growing global organisation and exposure to AI-driven sales tools and innovation.

Formación

• Experience leading small-to-medium sales teams.
• Proven revenue growth in a SaaS business.
• Experience selling across international markets (EMEA & NA).
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
• Experience working with senior leadership and shaping business strategy.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern sales technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CRO to execute the company's growth strategy.
• Coach and develop a small international sales team across EMEA and North America.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across existing and emerging markets.
• Build and enhance sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Solution Engineering teams.
• Leverage data, AI and modern sales tools to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.
• Contribute to strategic planning and broader commercial initiatives.
• Ensure strong sales discipline, accountability and execution across the team.
