Omni seeks a Regional Sales Director, Commercial to lead a high-growth team in the EMEA region. This role focuses on driving predictable revenue, coaching a scalable sales process, and partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in the data-ecosystem space.

You will own targets for 1-500 employee customers, execute GTM initiatives, and ensure disciplined CRM usage while fostering accountability and career progression within the commercial sales group.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with leadership experience in a commercial team.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and scalable process design abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue targets and pipeline health for regional commercial segment.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth and expansions.
