This first-line leadership role offers a path to influence how AI-powered customer experiences scale across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology sales with 2+ years leading high-performing account management teams.
• 4+ years closing experience in IC capacity.
• 2+ years first-line management experience.
• Deep execution experience in multifaceted opportunities (> $500k ARR).
• Program management experience adding shareholder value.
• Proven track record across EMEA revenue growth.
• Strong operational mindset for scalable processes.
• Executive presence for engaging with C-level customers.
• Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of EMEA SB account executives.
• Coach and develop sales professionals to maintain high standards.
• Own new business revenue within the EMEA commercial segment.
• Define and execute new business strategy with playbooks and territory plans.
• Manage planning, structure, and cadence (QBRs, large deals, forecast).
• Drive forecasting accuracy within ±9%.
• Partner with EMEA leadership on events and initiatives.
