Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Q&T Market Lead in Dublin to bridge policy and on-ground execution within Global Operations. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, and scalability, with a focus on QA, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive calibration sessions, lead policy interpretation, and work with BPO/PS/OGS partners to meet global quality goals. English fluency is required and flexibility to work shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Analytical audits, performance targets, data integrity in trust & safety/high-volume environments.
• Root Cause Analysis to identify trend patterns and improvements.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs for complex/high-risk cases.
• Strong stakeholder management to lead calibration and training.
• Fluency in data visualization, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows.
• English language proficiency for local market interactions.
• Internal candidates must be G3+ level.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Conduct QA audits and ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards.
• Perform RCA on quality issues and translate data into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations teams.
• Interpret policies and validate golden sets to guide enforcement accuracy.
• Lead calibration sessions and coordinate with BPO/PS/OGS teams to align on global quality goals.
• Manage edge cases with speed and accuracy and ensure policy updates are communicated.
• Utilize AI tools and QA dashboards to prepare weekly/monthly reports on accuracy and gaps.
• Lead or support training rollouts for policy changes and guidelines updates, ~20% of monthly output.
