Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a talented sales professional in Ireland to navigate complex SaaS deals across multiple departments, translating client challenges into a compelling value proposition for Slack and related platforms. You will partner with Legal, IT, Security, Finance and Procurement to drive consensus and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in French and English.
• You've sold SaaS software that can be used across multiple departments (preferably company-wide) and across every industry.
• You've engaged multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle including Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
• You have experience (and should enjoy!) collaborating with internal sales teams like Account Directors, Solutions Engineers and Custom Success Managers.
• You've built global engagement across multiple lines of business and broadened product support within an organization.
• You are an adept storyteller, effectively developing relationships with senior managers and the C-suite.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to get things done.
• Understands what an account plan/mutual close plan and how it leads to success.
• Proven business acumen around forecasting.
• Track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline and revenue and both lead and assist in prospecting and selling and navigating the C-suite and business line owners.
• Collaborate with different members of the Sales team to build a vision and strategy as well as implement actions.
• Inspire and educate customers on the value of Slack.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.
