Salesforce in Ireland is seeking an Account Executive for our General Business team to manage a portfolio of UK enterprise accounts (1000–4000 employees). • Multiple years closing experience in technology solution sales with full sales cycle ownership.
• Proven ability to meet quota and drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
• Strong capability in tailoring value propositions to customer goals.

• Own and grow a defined enterprise patch, driving upsell and cross-sell across leaders and the C-Suite.
• Act as a trusted digital advisor, understanding customer challenges and objectives.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation, positioning Salesforce as a strategic platform.
• Articulate Salesforce value clearly, translating tech into business outcomes.
• Multi-thread deals across senior stakeholders beyond the CTO with sponsors.
• Engage in governance-heavy environments with senior internal and customer sponsors.
• Collaborate with extended account teams and partners in a complex ecosystem.
• Maintain rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal discipline.
• Contribute to Salesforce's success and Ohana culture.
