Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment supports a global technology company in Dublin 2 seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days in the office.

You will deliver engaging training sessions, manage the customer community with relevant content, and localise learning materials for multiple markets. Collaboration with Sales, CS and Marketing is key to ensure effective, brand-aligned initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructor-led training, instructional design, or learning & development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience delivering training to customers and creating learning content.
• Experience delivering virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Familiarity with video editing tools, learning management systems, and presentation software (PowerPoint or Keynote).
• Ability to design, structure, and localise learning content for different audiences and formats.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and customer education.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions tailored to customers across markets.
• Manage and support the customer community by curating content and encouraging ongoing engagement.
• Develop, adapt, and localise learning materials for different markets, including live resources and video content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing to ensure learning initiatives are relevant and aligned with brand standards.
• Trial and evaluate new training methods to support product adoption.
• Analyze market requirements and opportunities using data, feedback, and insights to shape training content and strategies.
• Use project management to plan, prioritise, and deliver learning initiatives to a high standard.
• Apply data-driven insights to prioritise activities and measure impact of training.
