Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will design and deliver training programmes for external audiences and support performance improvement through blended learning.

Hybrid working is available with 2 days onsite. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven evaluation, and a proactive approach to learner engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in learning & development or instructional design.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content and using LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.

Cpl have an exciting requirement for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist, to work with a tech multinational tech organisation, in Dublin City Centre, for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of impactful training programmes for external audiences. Hybrid working available with 2 days onsite.
