Job summary

Cpl are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training for a tech multinational in Dublin City Centre on a 12-month contract. Hybrid working available with two days onsite.

You will deliver virtual and in-person sessions, develop content, use LMS platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning initiatives while applying adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in learning & development, training delivery, or instructional design.
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content and using LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
