Job summary

Notion is hiring a Solutions Consultant to drive go-to-market outcomes by turning customer challenges into measurable value. You will lead discovery, build live workflow solutions, and own opportunities with stakeholders across procurement, legal, and security.

You’ll partner with BDRs and specialists while maintaining strong customer relationships and an ownership mindset to grow the book of business. This role is based in Dublin with Anchor Days in the office.

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership and pipeline generation demonstrated in quota-bearing sales or related roles.
• Technical fluency; able to build live in software and demo with customers.
• AI fluency; excited to work with AI tools and learn new workflows.
• Discovery, qualification, and value articulation to map needs to business outcomes.
• Agency, urgency, and learning velocity with a track record of proactive initiative.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder engagements including procurement, legal and security.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business with target accounts and stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close, guiding discovery and solution design.
• Design and validate workflow solutions delivering measurable value and business cases.
• Coordinate with BDRs, architects, and specialists while maintaining momentum and communications.
• Drive value post-signature with adoption plans, expansion, and renewal planning.
