Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Ireland who can translate customer challenges into measurable outcomes by combining technical fluency with commercial ownership. You'll build pipeline with BDRs, lead discovery, co-create workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities from first conversation to close, while aligning stakeholders and ensuring adoption and renewal.

Qualifications

• AI fluency is required.
• Builder mindset with ability to co-create solutions.
• Commercial ownership and closing responsibility in complex deals.
• Experience in full-cycle B2B software sales or equivalent.
• Italian language proficiency is required.
