Notion in Dublin is seeking a Solutions Consultant to turn customer challenges into measurable outcomes by combining technical fluency with commercial ownership. You will build pipeline, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close, adoption, and renewal.

You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and product specialists while owning customer relationships and momentum. This role is based in Dublin with anchor in-office days.

Qualificações

• Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. Demonstrate how you created or advanced business and owned measurable outcomes.
• Experience from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
• Strong ability to articulate business value and craft compelling proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Create pipeline across your book of business with BDRs and priority stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close with discovery and business case.
• Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value and a clear implementation path.
• Engage partners and maintain ownership of opportunity momentum and next steps.
• Drive customer value and growth post-signature with adoption and renewal planning.
