Notion seeks a Solutions Consultant to shape the future of Go-To-Market by turning customer challenges into measurable outcomes. You will build pipeline, lead discovery, co-build workflows live with customers, and own opportunities through to renewal while partnering with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative, AI-forward environment.

The role is based in Dublin, with anchor days in the office as we collaborate in person and drive customer value across enterprise accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B software sales or solutions engineering with a proven quota track record.
• Ability to own and drive opportunities from discovery to close.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and value articulation skills.
• Comfort building live demos and co-designing workflows with customers.

• Create pipeline across your book of business and initiate outreach to stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close with a clear business case.
• Design and validate Notion workflow solutions delivering measurable value.
• Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and product specialists to drive momentum.
• Drive value and growth post-signature with adoption and renewal plans.
