Job summary

Notion is hiring a Solutions Consultant (Enterprise) in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on building pipeline, guiding customers through discovery, and co‑creating workflow solutions with stakeholders.

You’ll own opportunities end-to-end, navigate procurement and legal reviews, and drive value after signing with adoption and renewal strategies. You’ll collaborate with BDRs and product specialists to align solutions with business outcomes and scale enterprise engagements across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership and pipeline generation demonstrated across quota-carrying roles.
• Ability to build live in software, demo, co-design and troubleshoot with customers.
• Experience in AI-enabled workflows and onboarding customers to AI-powered solutions.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements and navigating procurement and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business and engage priority stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close, including discovery and solution framing.
• Design and validate workflow solutions with customers and translate needs into business cases.
• Coordinate with partners and maintain momentum through adoption, expansion and renewal.
