You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own and grow opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort building live in software, demos, and co-designs with customers.
• Experience selling or consulting in B2B software with quota accountability is a plus.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and value articulation skills.
• Ability to engage multi-stakeholder buyers and navigate procurement cycles.
• Fluency in German is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business and initiate outreach to stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from discovery to close, including scoping and commercial reviews.
• Design and validate workflow solutions with Notion to deliver measurable value.
• Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and specialists to maintain momentum.
• Drive post-signature value realization and renewal planning.
