Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to translate customer challenges into measurable outcomes across Go-To-Market efforts. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, guide opportunities from discovery through close, and connect each solution to a clear business case.

You’ll partner with Outcomes Architects and product specialists, owning customer relationships, and shaping adoption plans to drive value, renewal and expansion in a dynamic AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian.
• Commercial ownership and pipeline generation with quota-carrying experience.
• Technical fluency and builder mindset; able to demo and troubleshoot with customers.
• AI fluency and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Discovery, qualification, and value articulation to map workflows to business outcomes.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder engagements and navigate procurement reviews.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business by building target-account plans with BDRs and engaging priority stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close, leading discovery and shaping the solution and business case.
• Design and validate workflow solutions, map current and future state workflows, and define success criteria and implementation paths.
• Engage partners and product specialists at the right moments, maintaining momentum and clear asks.
• Drive customer value and growth after signature, guiding adoption, expansion, and renewal planning.
