• Must be bilingual, native German with English fluency.
• Strong client relationship and upsell focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of named accounts and meet revenue quota.
• Build relationships with senior management and C-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Communicate with German and English-speaking customers in writing and verbally.
• Deliver data-driven reviews to maximise value across the lifecycle.
• Become Keeper product expert for customers and assist with cross-team collaboration.
