Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a driven, bilingual Account Manager (German & English) to join our EMEA B2B sales team. You will manage named accounts, grow revenue, and advocate Keeper’s cyber security solutions across SMEs and Enterprises.

Based in Ireland, this hybrid role allows remote work outside Cork or in-office presence for those within commuting distance. You will engage C-level stakeholders, coordinate renewals, cross-sells, and new logo opportunities while delivering high-value

Qualifications

3+ years of full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management experience.
Must be bilingual, native German with English fluency (both verbal and written).
Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.).
Experience selling to Enterprise organisations and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Keeper Security customers, driving renewals and expansions.
Interact with German and English speaking customers, verbally and in writing.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, cross-sells and upsells with named accounts.
Build relationships with senior management and safeguard long-term customer value.
Provide guidance on best practices for password security and Keeper solutions.
Collaborate with Keeper teams to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
