Job summary

Keeper Security in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a German-speaking Senior Channel Account Manager to drive pipeline and channel revenue with partners. Hybrid for Cork-area candidates or fully remote for others in Ireland.

You will build relationships with channel partners across DACH, coordinate resources, and travel as needed. The role demands 5+ years in security SaaS channel sales, fluent German/English, and a proven revenue track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
• Must be bilingual, native German with English fluency (both verbal and written).
• Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners.
• Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere.
• Strong written/verbal communications skills.
• Extremely motivated and goal-oriented.
• Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage channel partners (resellers, distributors, SI, strategic partners, mainly in Germany).
• Act as liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners.
• Communicate with English and German speaking clients (verbal and written).
• Build and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
• Establish productive relationships with key sales and channel personnel in partner accounts.
• Coordinate Keeper resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users with partner sales resources.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
• Manage channel vs direct sales conflicts through communication.
• Ensure partner programs and agreements are followed.
