Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Development Representative to Business Development Consultant in Dublin. This role offers full-cycle sales exposure, from prospecting to closing, with a clear pathway to management and account ownership.

You’ll join a fast-paced recruitment environment, receive comprehensive training, and work to build and manage your own client pipeline with defined progression into a Business Development Account Manager role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales development experience or similar (BDR, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, B2B Sales)
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential client companies through outbound outreach
• Book and attend meetings with hiring managers, partnering with senior consultants to learn how to run effective client engagements
• Develop your skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship building

Compensation:

• Breakdown: Base Salary + Additional Bonus Structure + Uncapped Commission (Paid monthly) (Tiered Commission Structure – base and commission increases upon each promotion)
