At Archer, we specialise in IT recruitment, partnering with clients across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors to deliver top talent within the IT market. Your role as a Business Development Consultant will be to expand existing business while also generating new opportunities. In this consultative sales role, you will represent and sell Archer’s recruitment services to a range of clients.

What You Will Have:

• 2 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in sales (Inside Sales Executive, Business Sales Consultant, SDR, BDR, Account Executive or similar roles)
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
• Willingness to be in the office Monday to Friday

Additional Information:

• Total Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped, Paid Monthly) + Bonus
