Archer is seeking a B2B Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in Dublin. You will engage Life Sciences and Financial Services clients and present Archer’s recruitment services to senior leaders.

This role includes comprehensive training, executive mentorship, and a clear promotion path with uncapped commissions and quarterly rewards. You will operate in-office, Mon–Fri, in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience
• Based in Dublin with the ability to work in-office Monday to Friday
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa (full working rights in Ireland)

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers across Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors
• Pitch Archer’s specialised recruitment services directly to C-suite executives and senior leaders
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and manage ongoing account relationships to maximise revenue and uncapped commission earnings
