Job summary

Archer in Dublin is seeking ambitious sales professionals to own the complete sales lifecycle. You will lead discovery calls, pitch senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end engagements from prospecting to close.

Daily work includes negotiations, closing deals, and growing a portfolio with direct revenue impact. Expect mentorship, rapid advancement, and a merit-based promotion track within a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years postgrad, including 9+ months in outbound sales, SDR, or BD role.
• Leadership & ownership mindset required to run client meetings and negotiations.
• Onsite role based in Dublin, Ireland.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

What You Will Have

• Proven Prospecting & Sales Experience – 1+ years postgrad, including 9+ months in an outbound sales, SDR, or BD role, with a strong urge to move into closing
