Job summary

Archer is seeking an energetic recruiter to join its internal talent team in Ireland. You will own end-to-end recruitment, screening and presenting candidates to hiring managers to drive growth, while building lasting candidate relationships throughout the interview process.

You will aim to meet ambitious KPIs, benefit from ongoing training and clear progression, and participate in a lucrative bonus scheme that supports rapid career advancement within a high-performance environment.
