Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supporting mission-critical software.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong Java knowledge and DB experience with Oracle/MS SQL.
• Experience on Windows and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and OpenAPI/Swagger is a plus.
• Experience debugging in OO languages like Java; REST/SOAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage customer issues and escalations within Salesforce CRM.
• Analyze problems, reproduce issues, and guide resolutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with regional partners for proactive support and enablement.
• Coordinate with teams to report defects and prevent escalations.
• Handle sensitive customer situations with diplomacy and discretion.
