Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
1+ year of industry experience supporting mission-critical software components.
Fluent French with excellent English skills.
Experience with cloud-native applications/architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Manage customer issues and escalations within our Salesforce CRM system.
Oversee the technical support lifecycle from issue reproduction to resolution.
Collaborate with regional partners on proactive support and enablement.
Follow up on actions in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Coordinate with multiple teams to identify, report and speed up defect resolutions.
Handle customer situations with diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
